This one-day course is designed for today's busy managers and professionals who need a concise overview of the ISO 14001 standard. This introductory course includes basic information about the ISO registration process and the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard. The focus of this course is on providing the basic information you need to establish an environmental management system that meets the ISO 14001 requirements.

Introduction to OH&S Management Systems

This one-day course is designed for today's busy managers and professionals who need a concise overview of the unique requirements of an occupational safety and health management system.

This introductory course includes basic information about OHSAS 18001 and ANSI/AIHA Z10, how these standards were was developed and how they can be used to improve an existing occupational safety and health management system. This course focuses on answering the questions that are likely to arise when deciding how these standards can be used to transition from your existing safety program to an OH&S management system.

  • Overview of the existing occupational safety and health management standards -- OHSAS 18001 and ANSI/AIHA Z10
  • The issues and problems that are unique to safety and health programs
